- Netlify for website hosting and serverless functions
- Brevo for email sending and email automation

These providers may process data on our behalf or as independent controllers depending on the service.
We only share data where necessary to operate Boatwise, provide the service, process payments, send emails, improve reliability or comply with legal obligations.

Boatwise may allow you to upload boat-related documents.
You should avoid uploading information that is not needed for boat management.
Documents may contain personal or sensitive information. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and store any documents you add to Boatwise.
Boatwise is not intended for storing highly sensitive personal information unrelated to boat management.
